Convenience and Technology

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we offer a number of in-house convenience services.

Convenience services

ATM

Our ATM is located in the hallway near the cafeteria (Level 1, West Pavilion).

The Gift ShopGift Shop

Marie's gift shop offers snacks, greeting cards, stamps, magazines, and gift items (West Pavilion lobby), M-F 9 a.m.-7:30 p.m.; Sat. and Sun 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Mail Services

Flowers and mail sent to Drake Center patients should be addressed to:

Incoming mail is delivered once a day (except Sundays and holidays). Outgoing mail is picked up Monday - Friday at each unit's main nursing desk and at the Information Desk (first floor of the North Pavilion). Mail we receive after your discharge will be forwarded to the address we have on file.

Assistive Services for patients and family

  • Portable TDD/TTY Communication Device-  Contact Speech Pathology at 513.418.2736 or visit the North Pavilion information desk.
  • Walkers/Wheelchairs-  Contact the Physical Therapy Department at 513.418.2735. You may also use your own equipment.
  • Interpreter/Translation Services-  Contact your Case Manager if services are needed. 

Phones

Because cell phones may not be used in patient rooms, therapy areas or in the hallways of the patient care units, telephones are located in all patient rooms, in the cafeteria and locations throughout our campus.

Internet

Wireless Internet access is available throughout Drake Center. Public computers and printers (first floor near the North Pavilion Information Desk) are available for patient and family use.

Television

A television is located near every patient bed. Each unit has a T.V. in the main seating area.
