Outpatient Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Referral and Registration
A doctor’s order is needed to begin cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation at Drake Center. The individual is then scheduled for an evaluation by a member of the cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation team.
