Co-Payments

If your insurance company requires you to pay co-payments, a payment is due at the time of each service. These payments are collected by the Financial Counselor. Located in the Outpatient Registration area, the Financial Counselor can accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and debit card. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
