Drake Center offers a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals with a wide range of conditions, from those with complex illnesses and injuries to individuals requiring minimal outpatient therapy. Specialized programs include Medically Complex, Musculoskeletal, and Neurological Rehabilitation. Drake Center transitions patients from one level of care to the next with one vital and ultimate goal: to return them to the highest level of functioning and independence possible.
